Not bad Pete! Sold me on a DCD Robin! ;D Saves me a lot of work. I know there is some detailing to be resolved in there, but that is pretty cool for an easy changeover for a Robin.

Sorry for being dense here but what's the "conversion" ? Can you explain what we're looking at? Is it just a head swap onto the DCD Robin? What am I missing? What's the head etc.?

Well Scott Here is the recipe BBI Body Custom Head (unknown source) DCD Robin suit (slightly modified Belt) Pleather mask this would be a great quick option for someone Buying your Burt Ward Head on EBay Hope This Helps cheers Pete

Gotcha. So mainly a head swap and a smaller body. I guess that's why that vest looks so big. I have the same problem with one of my 12" Robins. What did you do to modify the belt?
I believe that's the Plastic Earth Ward head by the way.
The DC Grayson head on that Art of Toys Batman body looks good.

it is a tad big but like i said a quick sollution besides it is really well made thanks for the comps on the bat fig i thought it had a kool look
