Hello, I'm putting this here for now, cuz He's not on any of the Mego sites untill I get his box from my Bro. I was so excited after I finished this one.... My best Ever. IMO. Must say I had the head for awhile, About 5or6 months, got it from Russ. Never started him though, Was kinda afraid to after seing Cap's. But, Had the need for him in recent weeks, Gotta say I love the way he turned out. I wanted to do the shotgun look for him, however Couldn't find what I was looking for. .... You know, I forgot to tell... His Sword, Hand gun & Knife, are Removable! For those of you in the custom biz with the 8"mego, I'm thinking about selling His suit, complete with Gloves, undies & boot fabric, as a set for 25, so everyone could have one who cannot sew. If interested, drop me a pm. Thanks for looking.

Great work Jason- you really seem to be on a "fully loaded" kick right now. This guy has so many things going on with the complex suit and the weaponry, all brought to life nicely. Must be a nightmare to keep it all straight, and tie it all together without getting the look too busy. You continue to impress with your clean work and barrage of attachments on this one.

Awww, man! You really gotta stop the insanity, Jason! This one is too cool! I'm definitely gonna be interested in getting one of these guys as well from you. Like Kev said, nice job with all of the detail and accessories without it looking too busy. A nice balance of Mego and modern sensibility.

Jason, Deathstroke [glow=red,2,300]kicks ass [/glow]bro! I especially like all the straps with rings added, as well as all the strapping detail on the sword case. You take megos to a whole new dimention. Did you actually make the holster for the gun? it is very cool and quite real looking both with & without the gun in there. 5 flyin bats on this one. Will

Thanks guys.
The gun holster, is made out of some thin leather pieces as well as the knife sheath that Lestro Sent me along time ago, when I was working on RedSonja. The Material is all cut, then glued with crazy glue. Final touch was added with the Orange paint.
Got the "Straps" from "hot ribbon art". Added the o-rings for a more realistic look.
The machine gun, Grenade & bullet belt are all from ToysRus, in a 12" military weapon gift pack. Had to use rite-dye for the orange gloves, boots & undies, couldn't find the color I was looking for. Tried to use different shades of orange, so the colors stood out more.

Fantastic work Jason. Your best yet. A tip for you or anyone else needing gear in closer 8" scale. There was a cheap brand of hero figures tat were almost 9" put out at the tail end of hasbro and toybiz' 9" runs by some knockoff company. "Real Actio heroes" or something like that. they were Policeman, Fireman, etc. and they had the hasbro style opening fingers. Anyway - they did several accessory packs and all the stuff was scaled for their size and would be easy to use for 8" as well. In fact I may still have a few bags of parts I could send you since I'm putting most of this stuff to bed. PM me with your address. -S
