The finish on the car is excellent! I love that semi matt glare, very crisp, very clean. The figures are also pretty nice. How about some details on where this stuff came from , who built & painted and so forth.. Will

This was a 1:16 kit that was sold in very small quantities to just a few collecors/hobbyists about 5 years ago. Like less than 15 kits were made. It was patterned and released by Tony Mariano (T&T Models) and kevin Bissey. It is a bit larger scale than a 1:18 model and as such is hard to score appropriate radirs wheels/tires for. These wheels are from a $40 car model kit!
The kit has a lot of flaws in it that you have to modify to get it to look this nice. Tim Meyer (a fellow board member here) made it a few weeks ago and I think he did a super job on it.
The matte paint really shows off Batmobile models' details well and the more you polish it - the shinier it gets - looking like real scale polished metal, unlike some of the 1:25 models some people paint, dripping in super thick glossy black paint which ends up looking horrible to me.
The figures are Micromen with the Aurora batcycle heads on them. They fit in the car as well- tho they stick up a bit. Tim made all of this stuff.

Hey Scooter,
Both the car & the figures look really great. I too like the paint job & the attention to detail is awesome! I like the little fire extingisher, haha.
I also like the "carded figures". The car with the die-cut logo looks very cool & I also like the double-bubble action....nice.
