schweeet i was hoping for a material suit but this is just as good
not sure if i like all the detail on it but who cares it looks good and not as bulky as the suits usually do this one looks more streamlined

I have very mixed feelings about this suit. It looks like a Transformer for one thing...and I am just not into that. Or a bit too Robocop like, and that is NOT Batman. So, I am less into this one that the previous, if still busy suit. Looks like he has a shorter, action friendly cape. That is both ok and not ok. Ok in that at least he can rock and not worry about snagging said cape on stuff. Not ok, because what made him original in BB for me, was the cape. I liked the idea of the large winged "tool" as opposed to just "a cape" which has been there since day one. Although, in some ways, the ribbed winged cape was an origins only thing in the early days... But I digress. Mostly, I do not like all the noisy bits all over him. They look like tacked on, what's the word? Chotchskis? Or something? Just so random. That or he is an extension of a Stargate thing, with all those weird lines and messages all over. No rhyme or reason. Just busy stuff. More places for him to snag something on to....Be fighting some dude....arm catches some clothes....chest snags a picture on a wall..."Sorry Maam!" Break!, Crash! "Sorry Maam!" "Damn suit!" I guess I just prefer my Batman smoother. For all it's worth, nipples and all, at least the Schumacher Batmen had less MESS on his suits. Not counting that horrid Ice suit.....or the nipples... Just not sure what to think. Good side? I think I see GREY in there, as opposed to all black. That would be a switch. A movie Batman costume with grey in the mix. What a stretch. Very mixed. Yes, I'll get the toy....but not loving it....

I don't think I mind the look of him that much,.. I like it. Would be better without all the "noisey bits".& the belt looks a bit on the orange side of yellow. But it looks alot better than the pics of the Joker I've scene.

I think it is very Utilitarian Designed to be what it is, a suit of armor He is Trying to protect himself as much as possible while still having as much feedom of movement as possible remember batman is a mere mortal and is subject to injury This suit will keep that down to a minimum

I suppose it looks cool enough to me but i'd prefere to see something a little more believably "home made" as far as a costume design.

exactly the point is he is rich therefore can buy the best available I bet the cloth costume was made of the finest materials and highest grade kevlar of the time
while i prefer the cloth costume i feel the rubber suits suit the films more then a cloth costume plus it sets him apart from other heroes like Superman and Spiderman and helps deliver the image that he is just human and therefore is breakable

The things I don't like are the strange shoulder & knee pads plus what's with the huge rubberband thing on the upper arm. Well I might change my view until I see better clear pic of the suit. My favourite suit is the Panther Suit, of course WITH THE NIPPLES ;D

I dont like it and cannot see any need or sense in the change (at least not to this?). I was pretty jazzed hearing about the costume update and this is a major disappointment to me. I wasnt exactly blown away with the first suit but it was acceptable and functioned even though I had wanted something different or wouldve made some tweaks, but this looks like a lazy gimick suit. similar to all the past crappy gimmick *new suits (serving no other purpose than to make and sell more toys). This and the new "Bat-Pod thingymajig" have me feeling +

i just remembered something we're all forgetting about this suit may only appear at the end or beginning remember how first reports were that the batsuit gets damaged in a fight and he temporarily wears a more fabric like suit for the most part
this could be the suit he replaces the fabric suit with at the end or the suit that gets damaged at the start
