hehe . . i feel yuor pain! it seems you always have to chase people down. looks like it went for a mere $4.95 . . . you probably would have paid more for that shipping than the actual figure (shipping was listed at $5)

Ya $5 to US and Canada must request quote. Thats what I tried but didnt get a response on time. The last time i purchased a loose figure without getting a shipping quote the goof tried charging me $18.75 US or he would neg me. I told him to Piss off and after he negged me and I him, ebay removed my neg after I gave a formal complaint.

yea some of the people tried to make up for what they lost in the sale with exter shipping i think these people should be band

That's exactly right Russ. I don't get too excited when i see a "to good to be true" auction because they may either have a shil bid which will bump the price to what they need, or as you said, charge excess S&H.
