the color seems to be a Tad too pastel and light it looks to me that that is the cowl from te Batman begins Figure No?

What I find disconcerting is they misinterpreted the utility belt bat-gadget capsules as yellow belt loops...ugh!
And yes the cowl look very “Begins”
