Yea... I saw it.
I’ll have to say it’s very disappointing... the pose is terrible, and maybe it just the pictures but the body sculpt seems off: a bit long in the legs, the bust is too small, and over all way too muscular. The face isn’t “bad” but a little angular and masculine in my opinion. And what’s she looking at?
The colors are also off, I hoping this is just a prototype.

I don't mind the pose or the colors personally. (the gold is poor though) But something is off about the body and the head. The body has her a bit leaner (and less voluptuous) than she is. And the face gets a LOT of her look but dials in a bit of young Angela Lansbury somehow. Not bad. Not must have maybe but not bad. I am glad to see DC easing up on the actor likenesses licensing a bit. Maybe if this goes well it will lead to other agreements.

Hhhhmmmm; interesting piece, to say the least. I think any sense of disproportion in the body may lie in the way in which it was photographed, however it does look like instead of trying to capture and exact body likeness of Ms. Carter, they went for a more comic book interpretation. That would explain the additional musculature definition, which I'm not entirely against, btw. I think there is some VERY nice detail work in terms of the fabric wrinkles, seam lines, boot zippers; and the hands are exquisite, I think. As for the likeness, I don't think it's TOO far off; see the pics below and compare with the statue... Maybe something about the jawline is a little off; maybe it's just the angle at which it's being photographed, again. I probably won't buy it at that price point, but I don't think it's too terribly bad of a sculpt. Of course, I really need to see it "in person" to be sure, though. Thanks for the heads up.

I think this is reasonably nice- a decent likeness and the costume details are good. Not big on the price $$$ but it is promising that we are starting to see some TV licensed work! My first thought looking at it was that the hair isn't full enough and the pictures Roy posted supports this too!

Nice figure. Too pricey!
I'd prefer the pose to be more like included shot of her with the cape.

Looks good to me. The problem with people's perception of Linda Carter is that her outfit, physique and hairstyle did change as the show played out. This is a kinda hybrid looking thing. The very first shows were set in War time and she looked like the 1940s version of the character especially her hair. Later of course we saw her as the 1970s Diana/WW. Guys here are at the top of their game and regularly create stuff way beyond what is put out in stores. For the general collector however this is gonna be a mind blower. Overall I have no problem with this item at all and hope it does mean perhaps some TV Batman stuff in the near future. Thanks for the link.

Got the reaction i was hoping for, overall it's quite nice but yeah the whole price thing does some damage.I appreciate that they put so much detail into the Costume with creases, seams etc.I would like the hair a bit more boofy but that's about my only qualm with her. Of course this does hold out some hope that licensing issues are on the change between this and Mattel getting'66 Batmobile rights.Time will tell i guess.
