Now, I know this very general question potentially opens up a huge can of worms, as most of us here are probably mass collectors, so, other than a simple listing of how many, I guess I am asking, how many REALLY NICE Batman figures do any of you have? There are so many...
Any favorites in those? Kits vs Toys or dolls? Whatchagot? And why? Stories welcome.
Me? I have about 100 or so of actual figures of Batman and his cohorts of various sizes and, after the '89 movie, I spent thousands of my hard earned income on Batstuff. I have a lot. Not out on shelves unfortunately, so I can't show all in a simple photo set, but I have a lot.
My favorites are gonna be my 12" size Batman figures from the movies, be they kits, statures or dolls. I have many of these up on my figuremasterles.com website. I have many of the other types of toys, some of the DC Direct stuff, the Dark Knight Returns toys FINALLY! and some other varied figure toys.
Not much in the Mego or '60's style stuff. I like it though.

I think perhaps my favourite Batman figure is my silk shorts Type 1 body Mego figure. I also really like my old Kenner Super Powers figure with the punch arm action. The new DARK KNIGHT RETURNS figure too is a bit nice in my opinion. I have to say that despite the movie lacking much I do like the George Clooney 12 Inch action figure that came out with BATMAN AND ROBIN. The Horizon kit of Michael Keaton from the first movie is great as well. So many to choose from.

That is a tall order! One of my favorites is a 3' tall plaster statue of Batman in his Jerry Robinson- era type blue and grey costume that I got from the Warner Brothers Store.

I downsized my collection in the last year, just way too much stuff that i didn't really need. I have heaps of figures in the 4",5" and 6" scale and a lot of Batmobiles by my standard anyways. Also heaps of Bat-related books,i really geek out over books for some reason.Other than that lots of plastic, vinyl and Resin Model Kits.I have close to 20 waiting to be built,i kind of shoved them aside when i got into Customs but i'll get back to them eventually.

One of the most "visually appealing" figures I have is a Warner bros Batman statue, stands maybe 12" high.
Probably my most valuable fig in my collection would be my "minty" 8" MEGO Removeable Cowl Batman in the very first issue window box inwhich the box is about a C7.5 to be fair.
I have an Aurora Batman & Robin model set which had been built and painted in the 60's and they are very nice and have a real charm to them with the neat but simplistic paint work.
I also have another original Aurora Batman model which is opened but complete in a C9.5 mint box.
My MOC Super Powers Batman along with Robin are among my faves as well.

hey everyone, new here. I've got a decent sized Batman collection I guess; at least one of every comic book version figure I can find (in other words no purple and red pie-throwing variants from Kenner!). My main project these days is to build somewhat of a Gotham City playset complete with a GCPD rooftop, Oracle's lair and the Batcave. I try to collect/customize the DCD 6" line as there seems to be the most variety with them. I have our heroes, of course, along with Alfred cleaning up a customized batcomputer. My main focus is to get as many bat-villains as I can (Arkham/Blackgate breakout!) and to get pieces and stuff to create dioramas/playsets. Currently I'm trying to figure out what figures I can use to customize some of the Batman villains that aren't for sale yet.

Hey Batboy great to have you here!Yes there's not a lot of stuff out there for building up Dioramas for 6" figs but there are a lot of worthwhile bits & pieces around if you're prepared to do some searching. Also i know for a fact that late this year there will be just what you're after available on the market, can't say too much more or i'll have to kill you. As for bases for villains,i can help you there.I have so many villains waiting to be made which i already have the bases for and i'll be glad to help you figure out what you need.

Definitely my 14" Kenner Ultimate Batmen! I'm hoping they can make a Begins Figure to fit in with this as well.
