Does anyone have any sources for a good Adam West Navy Satin that has some stretch to it? 2-way or more? I've used the acetate kind and the more expensive straight satin but I am looking for something that looks the same but has a bit of stretch.
Anyone?
Thanks. -S

Hey thanks Will. Maybe she can sell me some by the yard. That looks great. Is that what you use for the cowls?

On some of my earlier Batman figs like the one I made for Adam West I did indeed use this stuff. It is affordable and pretty easy to work with. My latest cowls have actual bridal satin which is non stretchable, it is harder to work with but has a smoother apearance. This is where my spray adheasive comes in handy. For a cowl you spread on a layer of the adheasive with a tooth pik or small brush, and most importantly, allow the glue to dry to a tack before applying the satin, otherwise the glue will saok through the fabric. With this method you can lift the satin off again if it is not laying properly & adjust it accordingly. Once in place, rub it down and let dry.
