Hmmm... Well, I suppose you could spray the backs with spray adhesive. I don't know if that will react well with the previous glue agent, though, or if it would adhere for long to old plastic. I have superglued paper products to plastic before, but that doesn't always last either. If you were painting this, I'd say use matte gel medium and decoupage it on, but I assume there's no paint involved here and you'd just end up with a texture you don't want.
Sorry, guess I'm not much help.

Not an area i'm overly familiar with but i reckon Super Glue would be a fatal mistake personally. Decoupaging as Cas said seems like a good option either with Matte Gel Medium or a good diluted White Glue.I use one call Easi-Bond[don't know if it's available over there]to use it seems like any other White Glue but it dries flexible and is as strong as Super Glue.Great stuff even diluted for Decoupage. As a thought is there any spare sticker area on the Sheet? If so i would use some of that and experiment before committing to the actual Stickers.Just a thought.

I would use spray adhesive, Just spray a light mist onto the back of the sticker, allow it to dry till it's tacky and not wet, then apply it to where you like. Allowing the adhesive to dry before sticking it will prevent the glue from soaking and wetting through your sticker but once pressed onto your subject, it will stick great!.
