I like those glasses. Very innovative. They look pretty even. I've made do with generic glasses from other 1:6 dolls but it's hard to find these type of Dr. Blinky round ones. If you want to put lenses in them here's my method -
1. Get some clear plastic from any toy or retail vacuform packaging.
2. Use a regular paper punch and punch out a couple round lenses.
3. Use crystal clear watchface glue to set them in the frames. (also known as airplane canopy glue)

Mike, looks good so far to me. Still, the tips from Scooter sound well worth a try. Just another thought was George's eye colour. I was flicking through the big Les Daniels DC book and it has a copy of George Reeves' agency details and statistics. His eyes are listed as 'Hazel'. Given that most shots are black and white and zooming in on colour footage can be difficult this may save you a headache when you get to that stage in proceedings. Good work so far mate.

glasses i have made in the past i make in 3 peices out of clay i roll it out with a pasta mach to get one size thickness from start to finish then with a blade and a sculpting tool or 2 sculpt it out and then harden it and sand it this is the easyest way for me

For the 8" scale batarangs I make for my figures, I sculpted it and made a flat silicon mold for making resin copies. One time I removed one before it was completely cured and it was soft enough to fold in half. This gave me a folded batarang which looks great stuck in a batbelt. That said, I'm thinking if you were to sculpt a pair of glasses with the arms flat out the sides, mold in silicon and pour resin in. Before it becomes fully cured remove from mold and bend the arms inward and let harden.
Just thought I'd toss that out. ;D
