A trick I use (even with Dr. mego suits) is to turn the suit inside out and put it onto your figure. While it's on, you can sew the seams right snug against the body of the figure, when finished, remove it, turn it rightside out and it will be nice and tight when put on properly. I also used this method to give Sid's custom made Jeans a snug fit.

Ausome trick Will ! I just use the Mego pattern from Captain Duncel's site, & some stretch spandex matieral, & presto... tight as a glove, so to speak.

Excellent Jason, well it must be a helluva pattern because your results are awesome!
Is that pattern public domain? I mean would you be able to post it here or would that be considered stealing or unethical? Perhaps at the very least a link to Dunsel's site would suffice.

That's brilliant! I never even thought of reversing it on the figure. Thanks Will. That I will do for sure on my West Batman!

Works for me Les, when you sew in in nice and tight, you should trim some of the excess off so it don't lump up when turned around and placed on the figure.
