STUNNING STUFF MATE!!!! I am blown away. The finish is just beautiful and the attention to detail beyond words. I am impressed more than I can express. It is like looking at a full size Batmobile. Thanks for giving us an insight into the amazing work you do.

I have to agree. What a car! Excellent craftmanship. You've even got the little lines that go to the parachutes. Very nice attention to detail. Relax Scot and enjoy the complements that you have earned on this one.

I have always had minor issues with the Joe-mobile,but you actually changed my mind, that looks great! I love all the extra goodies you added to this car like a real compass on Batman's side dash, very nice and I notice on the Bat-screen you have the 4 arch villians, Pengy, Riddler, Catwoman & Joker. You even have the Barris badges on the lower front quarter pannels. All nice touches Scot which really tricks this Batmobile out to the max. Oh and about not doing anymore, i was thinking of winnining the one on ebay and sending it to you to build. Just kidding, Im holding our for one of your Bat cars when their ready. Thanks for the pics. Will

Hey Scot, I could really benefit from your "painting Vinyl" tips for when my Vette shows up. Maybe you could make a thread in the Tips section If you prefer to keep your discoveries more under wraps, you can email or pm me as to what I need to do for Prep, paint and clear on such material. Thanks bud, that shine you achieved is gorgeous. Will

No secrets on this board! Scooter's Joemobile (vinyl) paint recipe: Go to a hobby shop and buy spray paint made specifically for RC car bodies. Mine is called "Outlaw Black" by a company called "racing finishes" I think. First remove all adhesive residue from the body with 'goof off' or one of those products. Then wash the whole car in dish soap. Dry. Then rub it with alcohol twice. Dry. NO primer. Spray one coat of the special RC paint. Cure full 24 hours. Hit it with a 2nd coat. Dry 48 hours. This will become a bonded but still elastic 'primer' for any further coat. For the batmobile - I hit with 2 coats of Krylon Fusion black. Dry 12 hours between coats. Dry 48 hours. Buff out, polish and if you want - topcoat with FUTURE polish or some other clear coat you like that will sit on top of Fusion. -S

I have actually hand painted with that stuff. Toxic! But it does bond to the vinyl type plastic well. I used it on my vinyl models of the T-Rex from Jurassic Park and my first Predator model. That was all before I discovered Acrylic Enamel. But, that won't work on the plastic you have in that car. Scooter's right. Great paint.
