cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2480&item=5986898658&rd=1Not a bad attempt but the box for me is too much of a kinda mish-mash of comic book and TV styles. Still again it is proof positive of the appeal of the West version of the character and why a major company needs to negotiate a deal to produce these type of figures officially. A goldmine is waiting for them. You can't really see too much of the figure itself which is a shame. Anyhow, have a look fellas!

That is pretty nice and I'm with Marty, it's too bad there arent any better pics of the figure. It almost looks like a photo of the figure on the box rather then in the box. Still nice piece. Will

Looks pretty nice. However where's the Adam West style belt?

I'm coming in late on this one, after seeing the one Jason posted (the baggy suit one). By comparison this one has let some important details slide - such as the aforementioned belt. Looks like the suit is purple on this one? I agree with Mart too about the box, WGSH comic illos with TV photos- kind of a mixed bag.

Batman's or more specifically Adam West's suit color has different color tones to it depending on the image your looking at, I've seen it look plain grey as well as deep purple, but in actual fact it was a grey with a hint of Lavender, which gave it a light blueish / purpleish hue. Whatever the case, it is a difficult color to get right, thats for certain.

Indeed, the body suit part of the costume worn by Adam often had a tendency to appear a light lilac/lavender/purple whatever depending on the lighting of the scene or the quality of the print the viewer is watching. (And of course the actual colour of that particular pair of tights!) However for an action figure I think you really gotta go for a grey of one sort or another. With so much of the rest of this particular rendition of the character being a bit off mark such as the belt and what looks like a jet black cape the fella did himself no favours by going for the pinky/purple body suit. Still, do you reckon he gives a heck what we think as long as he sells it? eBay does indeed turn up some below standard stuff yet more often than not it sells.
**I just noticed the figure has been withdrawn. I wonder if 20th Century Fox or somebody with a genuine equity in the property asked for the removal or just another customiser who feels this guy is taking a piece of his pie. A pie he or she shouldn't really be eating anyway!!??**

I'd bank on the latter of your scenarios Mart, speaking with experience of course. Will
