You can't just say "Cardboard!" and be done with it. We're much thirstier than that here! Exactly what i thought as i read through, please some more detail would be awesome. Thanks for taking the time to do the step-by-step though,it's much appreciated!

Okay first to MartinGB: I asked myself the very same question but soon I knew why. Look at the main tower. There's a circular window that isn't on the real building. It will be needed for the sequence in which Bruce finds his symbol. SPOILER: A bat flies through the circular window and inspires Bruce to design the Batman emblem in that way. To Scooter: Well sorry that I couldn't give more detailed information but I was in rush. And now I'm already late again and gotta leave the house fast More detailed stuff will follow!

Thanks for filling me in a little more. Whatever the thinking behind it you did an incredible job fella. No question one of the nicest pieces of building miniature work I've ever seen.

You guys are so nice to me I'm more used to stuff like "yeah, that's quite nice..." Not that I don't want to hear your great comments ;D Okay Scooter here we go: The relief was sculpted in sculpey after looking at a photo of it, but I didn't like the crest, so I simply put a "W" for Wayne on it You can also see two bats below the crest if you look closely; there are around 40 little bats on the entire manor! The little domes were first sculpted with sculpey then I made a little silicone mold andmade 5 resin copies and then I put on some patina paint. The entire thing really isn't complicated: You have to cut out a piece of cardboard cut out the windows and glue details on. What really took so much time was the cutting out since the cardboard I used is pretty hard to cut, even with a hobby knife. And I never cut myself ;D but therefore I sometimes worked so long my fingers started to bleed because all the skin was basically "worked off" But I'm fine again I hope I didn't forget anything And here is what I'm building next: A bigger version of the top of the main tower and... ...the top of the cathedral. Then my work for the fan film is done! And concerning the costume: the most accurate 89 suit ever will be used. Originally there were plans for a slightly different costume but since the movie plays only weeks before B89 it would be stupid for Bruce to have several costumes in such a short period of time. But here is a sketch of the origainal concept: The sketch was made very early in pre-production. He also played with the idea of a short eared version of the 89 cowl but somehow it didn't look right So, if there are still any questions, I'll try my best at answering them

Wow! 'Fan Films' have sure come a long way from the ones some guys at school made when I was a young kid. This art is like something you see in 'making of' movie books. The miniature work you have done so far has set a bar that the guys doing the rest of the stuff are gonna be fighting to hit but I hope they do. Please keep us up on this exciting project. Good luck and again thanks for the time you took filling in all the details.
