Just to join in on the whole work-in-progress thing i thought i'd show you guys this.As you know i did some Kingdom Come figs for Customcon and i'm far from done with this line.I finished this little beauty before i went away, the pic was taken before i did the final clean-up and detailing that always comes after you hit something with the Primer that always brings up all those little faults. So anyways, without further babbling here's Red Tornado III thus far:

Great. I am glad you are continuing with this line. It's nice to see what they could have done. -s

Great work with the Nipples FB! I love the way this figure is turning out. I am not very farmilar with her though, does she have a cape? Looks like she could. Are her colors the same as the original Tornado? Looks great so far.

Thanks guys,i'm pretty happy with her thus far.She doesn't have a Cape Jason and her Costume[what there is of it ;D]is a Silver with a kind of Violet sheen to it.Should be interestiing to paint. I actually have a list of characters i want to do from this series,so far it's another 17.Some are started, some are waiting to be started and others i'm still searching for the right parts. The biggest challenge has been that a lot of the characters you never get an overall look at their costumes so i have to take a little artistic license from time to time.

Homina! Homina! Looks beautiful FB. Besides the obvious attributes of her nicely constructed female form, I love the details- the way the legs and arms are wrapped. Gonna be another winner for sure! You planning to do middle-aged Marvin (ala Super Friends)? I suppose not...

Nice.... Great use of Ivy's head.
I also enjoy her "hovering."
The master continues his work...

You planning to do middle-aged Marvin (ala Super Friends)? I suppose not... LOL Kev,if he was in the story there's a chance i'd get to him.But he wasn't thankfully. Thanks for the kind words. And Cas,Master?I doubt it.I decided to do her hovering because in every single pic[the few that there were] her feet are never touching the ground.

Are you sure about that Andy? Check out Chapter Two in the bar. Sitting next to The Gay Ghost chugging down a beer. In the next panel he gets slugged and his beer bottle goes flying out of his hand. Look closely at the label on his beer. It says "HB" as in "Hanna-Barbera". If that ain't Marvin I don't know who it is. I can spot a Super Friend a mile away.

Wow Kev,you nailed it.I always wondered who that guy was.Well spotted! I'm gonna have to do him now. There's so many characters Ross slipped in the background like Nosferatu,Rocky Horror characters and the Village People but i never would have picked Marvin.

I think I'm in [glow=red,2,300]LOVE![/glow] Pardon my ignorance but is this a model or action fig? looks to have atributes to be either of the two. I really love this photograph, the grate on the wall just looks excellnt in the background, like it should be there. There's an idea. Pour some latex over that grate and make some resin bases with that as a background, just would have to fill in the phillips screw with putty as it's out of scale. ...........................Jason said Nipples. It's an Action Figure Will, does look like a model now that you mention it. The Grate in the background is actually the Grill of the Extractor Fan in my Spray Booth. That's where i snapped the piccy. You're right though it does have possibilities as a Diorama piece, well spotted.

I got the Poison Ivy head, and I think it's the Harley Quinn body, but where did those arms come from? Everything fits together exceptionally well and I can't wait to see that finished work. Good job!

If I where Catholic I’d have to go straight to confession after looking at that figure. Yes father MANY impure thoughts...about an action figure...yes, I know I need help. ;D
Get it painted! wanta’ see it done!

You're dead an with the Ivy Head and Harley body with modifications. The Arms and Hands were out of the fodder box, couldn't even tell you off of what figures now. Thanks so much. And Steve, lucky you aren't Catholic and need confession cause between her and some other KC girls that are in the works you'd need to spend some time 'fessing up lol. On the Painting,it's the time of year when it really slows down for me.Living in the Sub-Tropics once Spring hits it gets extremely hot here and that can have adverse effects on Paint so i spend a lot of time sculpting and very little painting until Autumn. That'll change when i can finally afford to air condition my workroon but that's a little way off yet.I still need a new floor in there first groan!!!
