The guy who makes the boxes for me sent me a rough of how the reverse of the box is coming along. It will be cleaned up a little more but I was really pleased to have found a good Mego-esque shot of Frank Gorshin. The text style will change too so it looks like the one used for the credits on the show and it will read ARCH ENEMY OF BATMAN(using the Batman TV logo instead of the word) Anyhow I wanted to let you guys see how it was coming along for me. I just send the guy the pics and tell him what I want so I am in awe of his work. The figure itself is almost done and I am just awaiting a line of question marks from a pal who has made them up on his computer for me to iron onto the legs of the costume. (Thanks Andy!)

Here is the one he did for Batman so you can see how cool he is able to make things look. He colours things a little so that they look really vibrant and Mego-like which is what I wanted.

This looks to be turning out real nice. I have to say I've held the BATMAN figure/box in my very own paws and it's truly incredible. I can't wait to see the finished figure and box for the RIDDLER.

Very cool- great photo selection and I really dig the "cut-out-along-the-dotted-lines" idea- really a fun addition! Looks like a winner- can't wait to see your "Frank-in-a-Box!"

I thought you fellas would be interested to see how Mike is doing with the box. Like I say it ain't my own work but it is Bat-related so knew you'd maybe like to check it out. Mike does all the old Mego style things like the 'cut out and keep' thing so it is true to the spirit of the company's output. Lined up for Mike to do for me are TV style boxes for The Joker, Robin, Batgirl and indeed, fingers crossed, Egghead too! Very excited.

Marty, the Egghead image which you sent me would be great as artwork, although it is just a head & shoulders shot.

I like to do my best to use full body shots as that is closest to how Mego would have done them. I may end up having to get a screen grab done by a bloke I know with that ability but I am still scanning around for a decent full body shot. I am covered for all the other characters actually so I ain't doing too bad.

Here is the latest update from Mike. He has added some text in the old Mego style whilst using the font seen in the TV show. I am so excited about how this is coming along. Anyhow hope you guys are interested!
