I think your alterations on the Reeves are a major improvement, you are getting a much more natural look to the face and once it gets one of your super paint jobs, it will really come to life. Excellent work Les.
I am much more of a Drac fan then Supes and your take on Christopher Lee Drac really raises the bar with this character. I would love to cast your Lee head and alter it to a teeth bearing snear as well as a ready to bite down wide mouth version. Great custom Les, you should post Mr. Lee in "Show & Tell", and explain again how you came to get those fabulous results, that way everyone can enjoy your work and also give you more recognition for your incredible art.
Great stuff!

I have a Product Enterprise Dracula and your one is easily as good as theirs. It captures the look of Lee from Horror Of Dracula I feel whereas the commercially available version is more Dracula Prince Of Darkness era in my opinion. You are an incredible talent Les and you never fail to astound us guys with what you do. Thanks mate.

Cas, I just had one of those "Duh" moments. I guess so. Hadn't considered what customizing the smaller, solid figure scales go through. I haven't tried many of those but am always impressed with what you guys do. Great work by the way. I really like your customs. Maybe that's why. They are a slightly different kind of custom from what I am used to. And thanks for all your comments guys. ;D Will do Will. Hey, you don't get to say that every day...An 8" scale Reeve head? hmmm... Let me get past this horrifying one first. What was it old Henry said? Something about shrinkage in vinyl? Maybe I can send one off to him and get some smaller ones made up. Just a thought. Bet that's not so easy... Oh, and Marty, You are quick! I originally had a black cape on him and made him up for the original Horror of Drac version. Sharp eye there mate!

Man, if there's a way. Anybody let me know how and I will make all efforts to aid some Bat Brothas in need. Just those interested in this group though. Provided repro-ing him can be done. Let me finish him first. Pics coming soon of the FINAL face. Then, we'll see. Oh, and thanks Kevin for the very kind words. I don't think I am all that lofty just yet, but thanks.

Les. Marty & me are collaborating on an Egghead project which is being sculpted in 12" and getting reduced to 8". If your interested in having your Reeves shrunk down and molded I'd be happy to assist. You can pm or email me to go over details if you like. Will

Interesting, I've heard of this before but not seen it. The link you provided does show how to enlarge objects though, and not reduce them.

Whew! Man, once again I am jealous of you folks that can get such realistic sculpts, whether it's the full thing or just tiny details.
Very nice work.

Looking real nice Les, I can only imagine what this will look like with one of your Paintjobs. You are gonna bring Reeves alive like he has never been portrayed.

INCREDIBLE work!!! You are a truly gifted sculptor. I will always carry a special place in my heart for Christopher Reeve in this role, as I guess we all do, and this does justice completely to the man. Thanks so much for sharing this exquisite piece of work with us all.

Thanks guys. I am really just learning this sculpting bit. Hard as all get out! It's drawing in 3-D. And frustrating! You never realize just how many little things make someone's face who it is until you get it wrong. Every little teeny tiny thing...drives you nuts! So, thanks. Hope it still looks good painted. That's a whole OTHER pain in the butt...
