Ok here are some shots compliments of my friend Chuck who has set out to make the most accurate West shell replica ever! and as you will attest, he has done so. In order to vacuform this shape you may have to mold it as a solid and then cut out the face and eyes afterwards, like in this next pic. If you need any pics of the shell covered, I have many detailed ones like these 3 originals here, as well as many replicas showing different angles of the fabric. If you need anything else Scot please don't hesitate to ask. Will

I've always liked Ant Man's costume. The helmet has radio antenna on it so he can communicate with the ants, right? -s Yeah that's right,my Client wants the modern Helmet which is definitely the cooler of the two designs.

I had a very old Wingert cowl at one point and ended up selling it because it didn't fit me at all and I wasn't big on the wuality level. to be fair - Wally begged me to sell it back to him to "get it off the market" because he said it was one of his firsts and really bad. I didn't think it was THAT bad but not great enough to keep. Those pictures may help, but they've completely changed what I was thinking of doing. We'll have to see... Thanks again. -S

Thats Amazing! ;D Does he sell those? Chuck has talked about selling the bare shells in the not too distant future for the "do-it-yourselfers" to cover themselves. I will contact Chuck and ask if he knows when these may be available. Will
