Got some new figures for my growing set lately and wanted to share with you guys. I know it doesn't compare in mass quantities with many of you, but what I lack in quantity, I hope I am making up for in quality. First off, my shelf reserved for the 6" to 7" series has grown. I have bought more of the Corgi Batmobiles and have just added some nice Batman figures to my set. Here's an overview of most of them. Try to ignore all the DVD's behind them. It's the only shelf I can store all this on... And here's a detail of the newest DC Direct Silver Age Batman and Robin set. For me this is big because I was never into this era before. Am now. Enjoying it a lot! Oh, note cool cars there. That 60's comics version is the ONLY 60's style car I have. No Barris car in sight. Sigh! One day!!!! One day... And here is my growing Mr. Freeze set. I just got the new DCD one and repainted it. Love this one. Love them all, what can I say! Can't wait until March to show the next one. Just some fun stuff to show. Hope you enjoy.

Looks great Les,quality is better than quantity and you've got pretty much all of the most collected and popular figs there are.
Hey!!!There's one missing! ;D

The new additions and the close-up shots are great. Like you fellas I love being kinda surrounded by this stuff in at least one room in the house. Thanks again for sharing Les. Nice display.

Yeah FB, I know! He is missing! From the photo! I wanted to put all my cars on the same shelf with the figures and when it came time to put the Batmans up, I couldn't get as many up as I wanted. And the shelf below that is overfull. SO, for the moment, the one you sent me is on the shelf below that with some others. I eventually want to align them all with the cars they most go with and all, and on a much wider display. He will be closer to the right hand group with the modern ones, as he looks a bit Bisley-esque. Plus, I couldn't not show Robin with the new Batman I got. That ate major shelf with all those cars between them. Stay tuned! More Bat-developments to come!

Hey Les, I do the same thing with my DCD Bat stuff and the Corgi cars. I've got one shelf that is my "history" shelf, with the cars lined up in front, vaguley associated time-wise wth the figures behind them. Of course, these wonderful Corgi cars keep coming, and I think the shelf has hit its limit. Time to expand! C.

Those are some nice ones Cason. Know the Robin, know the Nightwing...but whah!? What Batman is that? Cool beans bro! Don't have, nor ever have seen that one. A Cason original? A DCD that's out? Plus, waaaa! I don't have a batplane! Waaa! I am not after the 70's cars much though. Like that 60's coupe though. Need that one. I won't be getting that futuristic wedge car they did though. What's up with that one? Anyway, allow me a cry over the figure and the plane... Waaaaaaaaaaaaah!

That is Cas' custom Neal Adams style Batman, if I am not mistaken. Check out the beautiful way the Doc Mego Batman belt works with it too! Nicest version of that style Bats I've ever seen, Cas!

Plus, waaaa! I don't have a batplane! Waaa! ( If you want one Les and can't find it they're still all over the place here.I'd be happy to get one for you. You may also notice in Cason's pic that apart from his amazing Neal Adams Batman that it's a Jason Todd Robin as well.Another very clever Custom. You guys are making me so jealous,i'm hanging to be able to display my stuff again!

Hey, thanks guys. Though I have to say, I wasn't trying to hijack Les' thread. I just thought it was nifty we both displayed our Corgi stuff with DCDs in a similar fashion. Les, you can see the full "history" shelf plus more here: www.pilliod.net/Pages/Articles/collection.htmC.

Great re=paint of Mr. Freeze Les- big improvement over the DCD choices in colors and your execution id so clean that it looks like you just took it out of the box.

Thanks Kev. Your take on that Freeze repaint was highly desired. Means a lot. And now, I must say, thanks to Cason, I can Un-Waaaa over not having a Corgi Batplane! ;D And many thanks to FB Andy for offering his assistance to me regarding this hole in my set! As always, you guys are all the best! My collection grows. Bit's and pieces, but it grows... And my debt and gratitude does as well. ;D

Sorry dude! I was over in my Photobucket, and had to go and wipe a lot out to make room for new stuff. I will take more pics of my collection and repost those! My bad!
